The AS Port delegation, champions of Djibouti, arrived in Cairo on Sunday evening in preparation for their two matches against Zamalek in the first preliminary round of the new season of the CAF Champions League.
The Djiboutian team is scheduled to play the first leg against Zamalek on Friday, September 4, at 8:00 PM at Cairo International Stadium.
This match marks the beginning of both teams' journey in the new edition of the CAF Champions League, with Zamalek aiming to secure a positive result in the first leg to aid them ahead of the return match.
The return leg between Zamalek and AS Port will take place at 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, also at Cairo International Stadium.
The two legs are expected to determine the team advancing to the next round of the tournament, given Zamalek's desire to continue their African campaign and compete strongly for the title.
