Arteta said in his statements after the friendly win over Girona: "We are working hard to improve and develop the team".
He added, "We expect moves to happen in the coming weeks. We have great ambition and want to become better".
Regarding the possibility of signing Vinicius Junior, he replied: "I will not talk about a player who does not belong to our team".
He also repeated his stance on Julian Alvarez, saying: "I will not talk about a player who is not in our ranks".
As for Victor Gyokeres' future, Arteta settled the debate by saying: "Gyokeres will stay with us".
