Al Ahly achieved a big win over La Viena in a friendly as part of both teams' preparations for the new season.
Al Ahly defeated La Viena 7-1 in a friendly match held at Al-Tetch Stadium.
Moroccan Ashraf Ben Sharqi scored Al Ahly's first goal, and Karim Fouad added the second from a penalty kick.
Mohamed Abdullah extended Al Ahly's lead and scored the third goal, before Adel Nour reduced the deficit and scored La Viena's first goal.
Nets Gradishar scored Al Ahly's fourth goal, before Mohamed Sherif added the fifth and sixth goals.
Gradishar concluded Al Ahly's goals and scored the seventh for his team and his second personal goal.
The match saw Aqtai Abdullah suffer an injury and leave to receive treatment.
Taher Mohamed Taher also appeared with his foot in a shin guard due to an injury from the previous Al Nasr match.
Some international players took part in light training before the match: Imam Ashour, Zizo, Hani, Marwan Attia and Yasser Ibrahim, along with the new Moroccan arrival Sufyan Ben Jedida.
Al Ahly won 5-1 against Al Nasr in the first friendly and will face Petrol Asyut on Wednesday before traveling to Spain.
Al Ahly's camp in Spain begins on August 6, and they will face Barcelona in the Joan Gamper Cup on the 19th of the same month.
