Ferjani Sassi agreed to the settlement offered to him by the club to resolve the case filed with the International Football Federation "FIFA".

FIFA had announced the suspension of Zamalek from registration in a new case dated December 3, 2025.
The player was demanding 450 thousand dollars, but with the addition of 5% interest per year, the total became approximately 505 thousand dollars.
Zamalek was subjected to a disciplinary registration suspension for two periods due to unilateral termination of contract with more than one player.
