Hamdi Marzouk, president of Al-Sharqia Club, revealed the details of merging the club with Enppi.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the merger of Al-Sharqia team with Enppi and Suez team with Petrojet to establish two football companies.
Marzouk said to FilGoal.com: "A cooperation protocol was signed between Al-Sharqia Club and Enppi Club to establish Al-Sharqia Enppi Football Company, and Enppi's share will be 51% and Al-Sharqia 49%".
He continued: "Al-Jami'a Stadium or Zagazig Stadium will be prepared to host the team's matches in the Premier League"
He added: "Al-Sharqia Club's license will be frozen in the second division, and the rest of the sports will remain under the name of Al-Sharqia normally".
He concluded: "There will be a technical committee to evaluate the current Al-Sharqia players, whether in the first team or the youth sector".
Suez and Al-Sharqia teams are in the second division league during the next season, but they will participate alongside Petrojet and Enppi in the Premier League.
