Qatari club Al-Shamal has taken serious steps to sign Tunisian Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane, Al-Ahly Club midfielder, during the current summer transfer window.
Al-Shamal of Qatar's desire to sign Mohamed Ben Romdhane appears clearly, in conjunction with Al-Ahly's efforts to rearrange its affairs by resolving several files, most notably incoming and outgoing players for its squad, in preparation for the next season.

A source in Al-Ahly Club's football management confirmed to "Yalla Koura" that Al-Shamal Qatari Club sent an official offer to the Cairo Reds to sign Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane during the current summer transfer window.
The source, who preferred not to be named, explained that the Qatari club sent its offer to Al-Ahly in the early hours of this Monday morning.
The same source indicated that Al-Ahly has given its initial approval for Ben Romdhane's departure to Al-Shamal of Qatar if the offer reaches one million seven hundred thousand dollars.
