Mauricio Dulaque, the head coach of Al-Riyadh, praised the capabilities of Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, the team's star, stating that he is physically ready to play 100,000 minutes.
Al-Riyadh signed Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet during the ongoing summer transfer window in a free transfer, following the mutual termination of his contract with his former club, Al-Ahly.
In remarks to Al Arabiya channel, Mauricio Dulaque said: "Trezeguet was selected by the club management and by me as well... As you know, we worked together on that deal."
The Brazilian coach added: "I believe we have brought in a player with great experience and high skill as well, and I think he will deliver a wonderful performance with us as a team."
He continued: "We can build something different... Yes, he participated directly in the matches, but he had been training beforehand, and we also had good moments in the training sessions."
Mauricio Dulaque concluded his remarks by saying: "So, I confirm that Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet is ready to play for 90 minutes, or even for 100,000 minutes; he will be ready to play."
Al-Riyadh is preparing to face Al-Nassr at 7:00 PM today, Friday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Al-Malaz, in a match for the second round of the Saudi Pro League.
Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet had participated in Al-Riyadh's first two official matches of the current season, where the team suffered a 4-2 defeat against Al-Ittihad in the league and won 2-0 against Al-Zulfi in the King's Cup.
