Al-Masry Port Said Club submitted an offer to Al-Ahly Club to permanently sign Omar El-Saei, the red team's player.
Omar El-Saei played last season on loan with Al-Masry Club, before returning to Al-Ahly this summer after his loan ended.
El-Saei is linked to a contract with Al-Ahly until June 30, 2029.

A source said in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura: "Al-Ahly received an offer from Al-Masry Club to buy Omar El-Saei permanently for 30 million pounds."
The source concluded his statements: "The decision is in the hands of Hussein Ammouta and the next 24 hours are decisive in the player's future with Al-Ahly."
El-Saei played a total of 39 matches with Al-Masry during the past season in all competitions, scoring 9 goals.
The 23-year-old midfielder has a total of 11 matches with Al-Ahly during the 2024-2025 season, during which he did not score any goals but provided one assist.
