Hassan Ali is 28 years old and began his career with Al-Masry in 2019 when he was promoted to the first team from the youth squad.
Hassan Ali played 209 matches for Al-Masry across various competitions, during which he scored 18 goals and provided 17 decisive passes.
Al-Masry had announced its first summer signing by contracting with Moroccan Abdullah Zyani, coming from Morocco's Difaa Hassani El Jadidi.
Al-Masry finished last season in fifth place with 40 points.
Al-Masry will not participate in any continental competition.
