Mohamed Ahmed Salama, president of Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari Club, revealed that his club is weighing up two defenders, one Nigerian and the other Ivorian.
Hamza Al-Jamal is tasked with coaching Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari Club.
Mohamed Ahmed Salama, president of Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari, told FilGoal: "We have secured the services of Nour Alaa on loan from Ceramica Cleopatra, and we are weighing up an Ivorian defender and a Nigerian one to bolster the defensive line".
He added, "John Ebuka was supposed to join the team's training on July 10, but he was granted permission to delay his return until the 20th of this month due to family issues".
He concluded his remarks, "Ebuka has a penalty clause in his contract worth 250,000 dollars if he wishes to leave".
Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari have signed this season Medo Mustafa from Smouha, Mohamed Fakhry from Pharco, and Hossam Hassan, the striker of Modern Sport.
The leader of the port also signed Moamen Awad, the right-back of Border Guards, and Moataz Mohamed, the defender of Al-Ahly, on a free transfer.
Al-Ittihad Club is preparing to compete in the new season of the league.
