The first football team of Al Ahly club achieved a resounding victory over its counterpart Laviena, with a score of 7-1, in the friendly match held between them this Thursday evening, as part of preparations ahead of the new 2026-2027 football season.
Al Ahly's friendly match against Laviena was held at Nasr City Stadium and was divided into 4 halves, each lasting half an hour, by decision of the technical staff.
The friendly match witnessed the absence of Al Ahly's international players, after the technical staff decided to extend their rest period until July 30, following their participation in the World Cup events, and they will join the team's external training camp.

Al Ahly's seven goals against Laviena were scored by Ashraf Ben Sharqi, Karim Fouad, Mohamed Abdullah, Gradishar (two goals), and Mohamed Sherif (two goals).
It is worth noting that the match against Laviena is Al Ahly's second friendly under the leadership of its Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta, after the team began its preparatory matches with a 5-1 victory over Al Nasr.
