Al-Ahly Club directed a message to the Moroccan Youssef Belamri, the left-back of the first football team at the Red Castle, after suffering a cruciate ligament tear.
Ahmed Gaballah, head of the medical staff of the club's first football team, revealed the details of Belamri's injury during the match against Spanish Badalona.

He confirmed that the player underwent medical examinations and magnetic resonance imaging, which proved his injury with a cruciate ligament tear.
The official Al-Ahly account on social media was keen to publish a photo of Belamri, and wrote on it: "Youssef Belamri.. We await your speedy return".
It is scheduled that the date for the player's surgery will be determined in the coming period, as his injury represents a strong blow to Al-Ahly before the start of the new season.
And Al-Ahly won against Spanish Badalona, with three goals to nil, within the training camp in Spain, which extends until August 20.
