The Football Association had opened the door for nominations for the elections of the new Board of Directors of the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association for the upcoming electoral term, as it began receiving official nomination letters from clubs starting from Saturday, July 18, until tomorrow, Monday, July 20.

Al-Ahly Club's Board of Directors settled on continuing to push Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy as a representative of the Red Castle in the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association in the new season.
It is worth noting that Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy was part of the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association board in the past season, after Emad Moteab resigned from the association.
The past hours witnessed significant movement within the clubs' corridors to send the names of their representatives and form the electoral map for the council that will manage the Premier League competition and clubs' affairs in the new season.
According to what the Football Association stated in an official statement, sports circles are awaiting the final stance of each of the clubs Pyramids, Modern Sport, and Petrojet, to settle the seats and final names before starting legal procedures and holding the General Assembly to approve the new formation.
