Al Ahly Club's dream is close to becoming a reality, as the Red is taking steady steps towards building its own stadium, the latest of which was the signing ceremony of the contract with Vodafone, amid exceptional atmospheres reflecting the value and status of the Cairo club.

Vodafone obtained the naming rights for Al Ahly Stadium, in a huge ceremony held on Monday evening, after signing a historic investment contract, which the club described as the largest in the Middle East.Al Ahly Football Company signed a sponsorship contract with Vodafone, which obtained the sponsorship of the team's shirt for the next 4 years.
Vodafone announced on its part the conclusion of a long-term strategic partnership with Al Ahly Club and other partners, in a step aimed at bringing about a qualitative shift in the sports and entertainment sector in Egypt, by employing technology to develop the fans' experience.
The partnership includes Vodafone's return to Egyptian football as a major partner of Al Ahly Club and an exclusive technology partner, in addition to the company's logo appearing on the first team's shirt, and providing exclusive benefits and experiences for fans during match days, as well as cooperation in programs to discover and nurture sports talents in various governorates of Egypt.
The launch of Vodafone Stadium represents one of the most prominent axes of the partnership, as it is the first stadium in Egypt to bear the company's name, reflecting an approach that goes beyond the concept of traditional sponsorship to long-term investment in the future of sports.
