Al-Ahly's first team has regained the services of Akram Tawfik and Mohamed Abdullah, the duo of the Red Devils, following their recovery from injury.

Al-Ahly TV reported that midfielder Akram Tawfik has recovered from a bruise he sustained a few days ago, as he participated in all segments of the team training session on Wednesday evening.

The channel also indicated that Mohamed Abdullah has made significant progress in his recovery from injury after completing a major phase of rehabilitation during Al-Ahly's camp in Spain, making him ready to participate in matches.

Despite Al-Ahly announcing the recovery of both Akram Tawfik and Mohamed Abdullah from their injuries, they were not included in the squad list for the upcoming match against Smouha, scheduled as part of the league competitions.

Al-Ahly will face Smouha at 8:00 PM tomorrow, Thursday, at Cairo International Stadium, in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al-Ahly TV added that all team players are now fully fit, except for the duo Karim El-Deebis and Ahmed Khaled Kabaka, who are still undergoing rehabilitation.

It is worth noting that Al-Ahly began their campaign in this season's Premier League with a 3-2 victory over Sharqia Enppi, followed by a 2-0 win against ZED FC.
