The first football team of Al Ahly Club announced playing two friendly matches before the start of the new season.
According to the official Al Ahly website, the club's first football team will play two friendly matches in the first stages of preparation for the new season.

It is scheduled that Al Ahly will play the first friendly against Al Nasr Club next Thursday, corresponding to July 23, while the second friendly will be against La Vina Club on July 30 of this month.
The technical staff had granted the international players a rest after their participation in World Cup 2026, and their regularity in training was set for July 27.
The international players are: Mohamed El Shenawy – Mustafa Shobier – Mohamed Hany – Imam Ashour – Marwan Attia – Yasser Ibrahim – Ahmed El Sayed Zizo, in addition to Youssef Belamri, the Moroccan national team player.
It is mentioned that Al Ahly announced the appointment of the Moroccan Hussein Amouta as technical director to lead the team in the coming period after the departure of the Dane Jess Thorup.
