Saudi press reports revealed that French professional Enzo Millot has no desire to leave Al-Ahli's ranks this summer.

The 24-year-old has entered the sights of Al-Diriyah Club to secure his services on loan this summer, with advanced negotiations taking place in recent hours between the administrations of the two clubs.

Saudi newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" reported that the only obstacle to completing this deal is the player himself, who refuses to leave, as attempts are being made to convince him to move to Al-Diriyah.

Al-Ahli's midfielder had joined "Al-Raqi" last summer, coming from German club Stuttgart, to contribute to the "Jeddawi" team's victory in the AFC Champions League Elite title for the second consecutive season.

On the local level, Millot led Al-Ahli to win the Saudi Super Cup title against Al-Nassr in the final match.

Millot participated with Al-Ahli in 40 matches across all competitions, both domestic and international, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists, according to the global site "Transfermarkt".

On another note, Al-Ahli team is preparing to face Al-Diriyah in a match scheduled for next Thursday, as part of the first round of the Saudi Roshn League competitions, 2026-27 season edition.
