Akram Tawfik, Al-Ahly's midfielder, is returning to the Red Devils' training sessions in preparation for their match against Smouha in the Egyptian Premier League.
Al-Ahly is scheduled to face Smouha next Thursday in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League tournament at 8:00 PM Cairo time.
Akram Tawfik's Readiness
A source told Yalla Kora in exclusive statements: "Akram Tawfik has become physically fit after recovering from his injury."
The source clarified: "Akram Tawfik will fully participate in Al-Ahly's training session tomorrow, Tuesday, after taking part in a small portion of the team's practice today in preparation for the Smouha match in the league."
Akram Tawfik had previously complained of a hamstring strain along with a bruise, which led to his absence from the squad list in the previous match against ZED.
Al-Ahly began their league campaign with a 3-2 victory over ENPPI, followed by a 2-0 win against ZED in the second round.
