Ahmed Suleiman, a member of Zamalek's board of directors, denied the statements made by Ahmed Fattouh's agent, the Al-Abyad player, regarding a request for a specific financial amount in exchange for the left-back's transfer to one of the Libyan clubs.

Zamalek had received an offer from its counterpart, Libya's Ahly Benghazi, to part with team player Ahmed Fattouh, but the Al-Abyad management refused to complete the deal.

Ahmed Suleiman denies Fattouh's agent's statements

Ahmed Suleiman, a member of Zamalek's board of directors, clarified that the statements made by Ahmed Fattouh's agent regarding the club's desire to increase the value of Ahly Benghazi's offer in order to approve selling the player are incorrect.

Ahmed Suleiman published a post on his personal account stating: "The statements of Mr. Samir, Ahmed Fattouh's agent, mentioned on the 'Al-La'ib' program that Zamalek requested 700 thousand dollars in exchange for Fattouh's transfer."

The Zamalek board member added: "If you have the courage, say who from Zamalek requested this amount in exchange for Fattouh's transfer."

Fattouh's agent's statements

Samir Salah, Ahmed Fattouh's agent, had previously spoken in statements via MBC Masr 2 channel, saying: "Ahly Benghazi sent an offer three days ago to Zamalek, worth 500 thousand dollars to buy Ahmed Fattouh."

He continued: "Zamalek rejected Ahly Benghazi's offer and requested increasing the offer to 700 thousand dollars as a minimum for selling Fattouh. They actually sent a second offer, but the club requested increasing the offer again to one million dollars."

However, Ahmed Suleiman, a member of Zamalek's board, demanded that Fattouh's agent reveal the identity of whoever requested the increase in the offer.
