Media personality Ahmed Shoubir revealed the latest developments in the crisis surrounding Brazilian Juan Pizera, a player for Al-Zamalek's first football team, and his stance on returning to Cairo and rejoining the team in the coming period.
Shoubir said, in a radio interview on "On Sport": "I asked an important figure inside Al-Zamalek Club, and he told me that the last time we contacted the player's lawyer, we told him to return. The response was that he would convince him, but so far (we have no information)."

He continued: "The player might return unexpectedly, but the source confirmed that no tickets have been sent, and he said (we sent him messages and he hasn't replied to this day). The lawyer spoke positively about Al-Zamalek Club, and the club took this as a good sign."
He added: "The officials at Al-Zamalek told the lawyer that they are waiting for him, but in the end, Pizera is not present."
