Ahmed Abdel Qader, the former Al-Ahly player, announced his departure from his Iraqi team Al-Karma, in preparation for moving to the ranks of Pyramids during the current summer transfer window.
Ahmed Abdel Qader posted a photo of himself wearing the Al-Karma jersey on his Instagram account, commenting: "It is never easy to bid farewell to a place that has become like a home to you.. To my teammates, the coaches, the administrative staff, and everyone at Al-Karma Club".
The Egyptian left winger added: "Thank you for your trust in me, your continuous support, and helping me develop both as a player and as a person.. We lived unforgettable moments together and fought for this emblem".
Abdel Qader addressed a message to Al-Karma fans, saying: "Thank you for your wonderful support, passion, and love from my first day until the last.. It was a great honor for me to play in front of you and represent this great club".
He continued: "I leave feeling proud and grateful, carrying with me memories that will stay with me forever.. I wish Al-Karma every success and good fortune in the future.. Thank you for everything".
He added: "Thanks to the father and spiritual father whom I have often spoken about at length—words will never suffice to describe him—the president, Muthanna Al-Halbousi, who treated me like a son from the first day until the last".
He went on: "I will always consider Muthanna Al-Halbousi as the father who provided me with every possible comfort and appreciation to focus and give to this club.. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, wishing him success and good fortune, and I will always remain in touch and continue to support this great club".
Ahmed Abdel Qader concluded his statements by saying: "I thank President Mohammed Al-Halbousi for his continuous support of the team and his great efforts to develop the team and always reach the highest levels".
Ahmed Abdel Qader had joined Al-Karma of Iraq during the previous winter transfer window, coming from Al-Ahly, while sources confirmed to Yalla Koura that his move to Pyramids has been completed this summer.
