His condition stabilized after undergoing a medical procedure involving the placement of a heart stent.
El-Ramady is scheduled to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow, Sunday, after his condition has been fully assessed and confirmed stable.
The club extended its wishes for El-Ramady's speedy recovery, complete health, and a prompt return to his technical duties with the team.
El-Ramady has been coaching Al-Ahly Bank since the beginning of last season.
So far, after the first three rounds of the Egyptian Premier League, Al-Ahly Bank has won one match and lost two.
Al-Ahly Bank is preparing to face Ghazl El-Mahalla on Monday, September 7, at Cairo International Stadium in the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
