Al-Ahly Club announced on Wednesday evening the renewal of the contract of a first-team football player, as part of the board of directors' plan, chaired by Mahmoud El-Khatib, to maintain the team's core squad.
In its statement published on the official website, Al-Ahly Club clarified that Marwan Atia, the team's midfielder, has extended his contract with the club until 2030.
This took place during a meeting held this evening with Dr. Essam Siraj El-Din, Head of the Contracts Sector, who completed all administrative and financial procedures in full coordination with Captain Wael Gomaa, the Football Director.

For his part, the player expressed great joy over extending his contract and continuing his journey with Al-Ahly and its fans in the coming years.
