The player's retirement came at the age of 32 after one season with the Egyptian team, which will be the last in his career.
Miskic joined Wadi Degla in January in a free transfer deal after the end of his contract with Russian Ural.
Miskic played during his career with Dinamo Zagreb, Lokomotiva, Celje, Olimpija, and Orenburg.
The Croatian midfielder participated in 18 matches wearing the Wadi Degla shirt during half a season and managed to score two goals and assist two others.
Wadi Degla had been promoted to the Egyptian Premier League in the previous season, which it ended at the top of the relegation avoidance group.
