Marwan Attia extended his contract with Al Ahly Club until 2030, seeking to continue his journey of achievements with the Red Fortress, which began in early 2023.
Al Ahly had announced the signing of Marwan Attia in January 2023, bringing him from Al Ittihad Alexandria Club in a strong deal, after the player had been linked with a move to traditional rivals Al Zamalek.
Marwan earned the trust of Swiss coach Marcel Koller at the time, becoming a cornerstone of the Red team's lineup from his first season.
Marwan Attia has won 12 titles with Al Ahly Club, most notably the Egyptian Premier League three times, the African Champions League twice, and the Egyptian Super Cup four times.
The 28-year-old midfielder also won the Egyptian Cup twice, in addition to the Intercontinental Cup against Al Ain of the UAE, and participated in the FIFA Club World Cup, where he won the bronze medal.
