A source reveals to Yalla Kora: Zamalek's plan to prepare Ahmed Al-Jufali

Zamalek Club is preparing to ready the first-team football player, Tunisian Ahmed Al-Jafali, for normal participation in upcoming matches of the new 2026/2027 season.

Yalla Kora had confirmed that Tunisian Ahmed Al-Jafali, a winger for Zamalek, arrived in Cairo today, Sunday, to resume training with the White Castle under coach Motamed Gamal.

Medical examination and rehabilitation program to prepare Al-Jafali with Zamalek

In an important development, a source at Zamalek Club revealed in statements to "Yalla Kora" that Al-Jafali will undergo a comprehensive medical examination within the coming hours after his arrival in Cairo.

The source added: "Ahmed Al-Jafali suffered from a muscle injury during the recent period, and he is expected to have recovered from it before joining the first team."

He further clarified: "The Tunisian player will resume Zamalek's training tomorrow, pending confirmation of his medical fitness."

The source concluded: "An intensive rehabilitation program will be designed for the 22-year-old player to prepare him to participate in matches as soon as possible."

Zamalek is preparing to face Al Ahly Bank next Wednesday, as part of the second round matches of the Egyptian Premier League championship.

Al-Jafali's contract with Zamalek Club extends until June 2028, noting that he spent the second half of last season on loan to the Saudi club Abha.

Meanwhile, the Tunisian star joined the White Castle during the 2025 winter transfer window, arriving from Monastir Union, but he failed to deliver the expected technical contribution.
