A responsible source in Al Ahly denied reports indicating the club's consideration of its player Ahmed Sayed "Zizo" departing next season.

The source said to FilGoal.com: "There is absolutely no truth to the club's consideration of Zizo's departure, whether on loan or for sale".
He added, "The player is one of the main pillars of the team and the technical staff is confident that Zizo will be one of Al Ahly's stars next season".
The official Al Ahly page had published a photo supporting Zizo a short while ago.
Zizo joined Al Ahly last season after leaving Zamalek at the end of his contract.
Zizo is expected to join Al Ahly's collective training on July 27 of this month.
This comes after his participation with the Egypt national team in the World Cup.
