A source close to Ibrahim Nday, the former Zamalek player, revealed that the club's board of directors has not made any official offer to the player regarding scheduling his overdue financial dues.

The source told FilGoal.com: "The White Castle's board of directors has not made any official offer to the player regarding scheduling his financial dues with the club".

He continued: "Nday received only verbal contacts from Zamalek officials during the past period, without receiving any official offer that includes a mechanism or timeline for paying his dues".

He concluded: "The player's dues with Zamalek amount to about one million, seven hundred and seventy-two thousand, three hundred and eighty-six dollars, in addition to four hundred and sixty thousand, seven hundred and thirty-four Egyptian pounds, indicating that the player is awaiting an official move from the club's management to resolve the file".

It is worth noting that Zamalek is required to resolve the player's dues crisis before July 25 to obtain the license to participate in African championships.

Nday joined Zamalek in the summer of 2022 from Swiss Lucerne and left Zamalek in the summer of 2024.

He played 52 matches with Zamalek, scoring 10 goals and assisting 5 others.

He won the African Confederation Cup with Zamalek in 2023/24.
