The source said to FilGoal.com: "What is being circulated about resolving the crisis amicably has no basis in truth, the player has not reached any agreement with Zamalek yet".
He continued, "Nday's lawyer contacted the licensing committees of the Egyptian and African federations to notify them of the non-settlement of the player's dues".
He added, "Nday is insistent on obtaining all his financial rights according to the legal procedures followed".
It is worth noting that Zamalek is required to resolve the player's dues crisis, amounting to one million seven hundred thousand dollars, before July 25 of this month to obtain the license to participate in African championships.
