Abdel Nasser Mohamed, the technical director of Al-Qanah team, is experiencing exceptional days as his team kicks off its journey in the Egyptian Premier League. He led his team to an exciting comeback victory against Ceramica Cleopatra in the first round, before preparing for a new match against El Gouna, coinciding with a very special family occasion.
Al-Qanah achieved a thrilling 2-1 win over Ceramica Cleopatra after trailing by one goal, securing the team's first three points in the Premier League since their return to the competition.
Statements by Abdel Nasser Mohamed following the victory over Ceramica
Abdel Nasser Mohamed said in exclusive statements to Yalla Kora after the match: "I thank the Al-Qanah players; there was a sense of fear at the beginning and apprehension about participating in the Premier League."
He added: "The red card affected the course of the match, and the substitutions I made during the game were the key to turning the result around and achieving victory."
Al-Qanah is now preparing to face El Gouna in the second round of the Egyptian Premier League at 5:00 PM next Friday at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium, in an attempt to continue their strong start and secure another three points.
A Dual Mission Awaits Abdel Nasser Mohamed
The match against El Gouna will not be Abdel Nasser Mohamed's only task on that day, as the technical director revealed to Yalla Kora a special surprise related to his personal life.
Abdel Nasser Mohamed told Yalla Kora that his son's wedding ceremony will take place next Friday, on the same day Al-Qanah plays its match against El Gouna.
The Al-Qanah coach confirmed that he will attend the match as usual and lead his team from the sidelines, then head directly after the match ends to his son's wedding ceremony, thus combining his duty with Al-Qanah and his presence at his son's special occasion.
