Al Ahly Club faces one of the most important administrative files as the new season approaches, after a large number of the team's players are only one season away from the end of their contracts.
This matter requires the Red Team's management to move early to determine their future, whether by renewing, continuing, or opening the door for departure.
The list includes 13 players, including 9 players whose contracts end in the summer of 2027, which gives them the right to sign for any club for free starting from next January if no new agreements are reached with the club.
There are 4 other players whose contracts end in the summer of 2028, which puts them in doubt about continuing with the Red Team's ranks in the coming period.
Al Ahly is currently working on renewing the contracts of 4 players to continue with the team in the next stage: Mohamed Hany, Emam Ashour, Yasser Ibrahim, and Mostafa Shobeir.

On the other hand, the picture seems settled for three players with contracts extending until 2027 and 2028, after Al Ahly decided on their departure during the current transfer period, namely Mohamed El-Dawoi Christo, Reda Slim, and Ashraf Dari, so they exit the team's calculations before reaching the end of their contracts.
As for the rest of the players, their positions are expected to vary between renewal negotiations, technical evaluation during the season, or continuing until the end of their contracts.
