Tarek Ramadan, the players' agent and representative of Al-Ahli Benghazi club, revealed this Wednesday evening all the details of the Libyan club's offer to sign Ahmed Fatouh, the first-team footballer for Zamalek and the Egyptian national team, during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Ramadan stated in television comments via "Modern Sports" channel: "Ahmed Fatouh proposed to the management through his agent that he would pay money to Zamalek from the value of his contract with Al-Ahli Benghazi, in order to increase the value of the offer, and he was going to waive his dues."
He indicated that Ahmed Fatouh would receive one and a half million dollars in his contract with Al-Ahli Benghazi during the first season, while he would receive two million dollars in the second season.

He concluded: "Libyan clubs are seeking to withdraw from signing Egyptian players, Zamalek has closed the door on negotiations with Al-Ahli Benghazi".
