Mohamed Nagy Gedo, coach of Pyramids FC, revealed his team's ambitions and challenges for this season at both the domestic and continental levels.
Gedo stated in remarks to MBC Masr channel: "So far, our focus is on the league, taking each match individually. The start has been good; we have won our first three matches. We will close the chapter on the league and travel to Kenya tomorrow to play our CAF Champions League match, and we will see where we stand by the end of the season."

He added: "Al-Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica Cleopatra—this quartet will remain competing until the end for the Egyptian Premier League title this season."
He continued: "Ahmed Abdel Qader wanted to join a stable club. We negotiated with him, and Mokoena spoke to him, telling him that we want a player with your skills and abilities, and explained the club's playing style. The player found himself suited to Pyramids and their style of play, which I believe is the reason he joined us."
He concluded: "We watch all Egyptian Premier League matches, and Mokoena knows that the competition will be tough between Al-Ahly, Zamalek, and all the other teams."
