A source at the Egyptian Football Federation revealed that an Egyptian refereeing team has been appointed to officiate the match between Star Sports, champions of Sierra Leone, and Gambia's Banjul in the CAF Champions League.

Batoutat has learned that an Egyptian refereeing team will officiate the match between Star Sports, champions of Sierra Leone, and Gambia's Banjul on September 5 in the CAF Champions League.
The team will consist of Mahmoud Wafa as the main referee, assisted by Youssef El-Basaty and Mohamed Magdy, with Mohamed El-Ghazi as the fourth official.
It is worth noting that Zamalek and Pyramids FC are participating in this season's CAF Champions League tournament.
