Trabzonspor Club recently announced that it will play two friendly matches in the coming period, while the Turkish team is experiencing significant turmoil since the start of this season.
Trabzonspor is indeed going through a regrettable phase, as Fatih Tekke was dismissed from his position as the team's head coach following Monday's loss to Amed Sportif in the third round of the Turkish League.
Trabzonspor confirmed that it will play two friendly matches during the upcoming international breaks: the first against Drogheda United on Thursday, October 1, and the second against Zenit St. Petersburg on Sunday, November 15, in a special match held in Russia.
These two matches will take place during the international breaks in September and November, respectively.

Mohamed Salah will not be able to participate with Trabzon in these two matches, as he is expected to be called up to join the Egyptian national team during the upcoming international breaks.

Mohamed Salah, along with the rest of the Egyptian national team players, will play two matches during the next international break: the first against Angola on September 23, and the second against South Sudan, as part of the qualifiers for next year's Africa Cup of Nations.
Additionally, Mohamed Salah will play two more matches with the Egyptian national team during the November international break in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, against Malawi on the 11th and 15th of the same month.
Mohamed Salah is delivering good performances with Trabzon, and the 34-year-old has managed to score three goals for his new team.
Trabzonspor signed Mohamed Salah this summer on a free transfer with a two-year contract, following the Egyptian star's departure from Liverpool at the end of last season.
