Ahmed Shobier spoke about Al-Zamalek’s victory over El Mansoura El Youssoum Petrojet, winning 2-1 in the match between the two teams as part of the third round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Shobier said, via On Sport Radio: “The Al-Zamalek fans, as usual, are present. (They are not convinced, but they are patient) and they say that the physical condition and the late start of the preparation period are the reasons, and that the first matches are like a preparation period.”
He added: “A big name has prestige. A big name has (a certain aura and presence), and this makes a very, very big difference in matches. This is the difference between popular clubs with large fan bases and other clubs, and this is what Al-Zamalek has leveraged in its last two matches.”

He continued: “The question is whether Al-Zamalek can maintain consistency? They have upcoming matches against Al-Ahly, Pyramids, El Masry, and Ceramica.”
He went on: “Since the beginning of the season, I have been impressed by Pyramids. I have been telling you for a while that Pyramids is working well and their coach is good.”
He added: “Pyramids is in a very stable state and does not face crises. The team succeeds in scoring early and maintaining their lead.”
He concluded: “In my opinion, Pyramids is currently doing well. The performance is good, the fitness is good, the effectiveness is good, the attack is good, the defense is good, the goalkeeper is good, so everything is going well at Pyramids FC.”
