Reports have revealed new developments regarding the future of Egyptian striker Mostafa Mohamed, who has been in serious talks recently to leave French club Nantes.

Mostafa Mohamed had joined Nantes' training sessions late, and the club punished its Egyptian player by having him train with the reserve team before he found a new offer to leave the squad.

According to the Turkish network "HTSPOR," Konyaspor has reached an agreement to sign Mostafa Mohamed from Nantes on a three-year contract.

Nantes is set to receive a fee of approximately 750,000 euros, payable in three installments. The deal will be officially announced after Konyaspor striker Blaz Kramer passes his medical tests with the club and receives final approval.

Konyaspor is expected to announce the signing of Mostafa Mohamed at the earliest opportunity. The Egyptian had previously attracted attention with his impressive performances for Galatasaray before continuing his career in France.

Mostafa Mohamed's transfer to Konyaspor was contingent on the future of Blaz Kramer, who is set to join Slovenian club NK Celje after his offer was accepted.

Mostafa Mohamed made 24 appearances for Nantes last season, contributing to four goals and playing 1,151 minutes.
