The Turkish team lost 4-0 in a match that saw two red cards issued to Fatih Tekke's squad, with Mohamed Salah starting the game and being substituted off in the 64th minute.

With this result, Hungary's Ferencváros qualifies for the Europa League, while Trabzonspor will compete in the league phase of the upcoming UEFA Conference League season.
