Romano reveals when Omar Marmoush will join Tottenham.. and the deal's value

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, a trusted source for transfer and contract news, revealed the timing of Egyptian international star Omar Marmoush’s move to Tottenham Hotspur during the ongoing summer transfer window.

Tottenham, under the guidance of Italian manager Roberto De Zerbi, aims to restructure the English club to return to competing for the Premier League title.

Omar Marmoush faced significant difficulty in securing a place in Manchester City’s starting lineup last season under Pep Guardiola, and this situation appears set to continue, given Maresca’s reliance on Haaland as a starter, as evidenced in the Community Shield match against Arsenal.

Tottenham announced on Tuesday afternoon that they had signed Brazilian international Savinho after reaching an agreement with Manchester City that summer.

Fabrizio Romano stated via his official account on the social media platform “X” that Omar Marmoush’s new contract with Tottenham will run until 2031.

He reported that Tottenham will officially announce the signing of Omar Marmoush from Manchester City tomorrow, Thursday.

He noted that the deal will be on a loan basis with a mandatory purchase option for £50 million, plus £10 million in add-ons and incentives.
