A responsible source at Ceramica Cleopatra Club confirmed that the transfer of Mohamed Essam, an attacking midfielder and one of the standout players of the club's 2005 team, to El Sharkia Enppi was conducted under a partnership agreement between both parties.

The source stated in exclusive comments to Yalla Kora that the agreement stipulates each club will receive 50% of any future resale value of the player to another club.

He clarified that Ceramica Cleopatra agreed to Mohamed Essam's move to El Sharkia Enppi to provide him with greater opportunities to play for a Premier League club, given the abundance of players in his position within the squad, which might have made it difficult for him to secure a starting spot during the current season.

The source noted that Ceramica had previously loaned Mohamed Essam to Dayrout Club, one of the Professional League clubs, during last season, which contributed to granting him more experience despite his young age.

Mohamed Essam, one of the talents produced by Ceramica Cleopatra's youth sector, made a strong start with El Sharkia Enppi after scoring his team's second goal against Al Ahly in the first round of the Egyptian Premier League with a precise shot that found the left corner of the net.
