Reports have revealed that Egyptian international star Omar Marmoush, a player for Manchester City’s first football team, has signed a contract to join Tottenham Hotspur during the ongoing summer transfer window.

Tottenham, under the guidance of their Italian manager Roberto De Zerbi, aims to restructure the English club so that it can once again compete for the Premier League title.

Previously, De Zerbi had shown significant interest in signing Omar Marmoush, viewing him as the right bet to lead the Spurs’ attack next season.

Omar Marmoush faced considerable difficulty in securing a place in Manchester City’s starting lineup last season under Pep Guardiola, and this situation appears set to continue, given Maresca’s reliance on Haaland as a starter, as evidenced by the Community Shield match against Arsenal.

Earlier reports indicated that Tottenham reached an agreement with Omar Marmoush this morning on the personal terms of his transfer to the London club that summer, (click here for details).

According to the website “TEAMtalk,” Omar Marmoush has agreed to the terms of his new contract with Tottenham Hotspur, which runs until 2031.

It was noted that the London club intends to finalize the deal to sign Marmoush, along with his teammate Savinho, for a total of 163 million euros.

It was clarified that Marmoush is a priority for the London club as part of their new project for the coming seasons, and he is expected to be a regular starter in the near future.

It was confirmed that the deal could be finalized within the current week, as Marmoush’s medical examination is scheduled for next Monday.
