Al Ahly Club management continues its attempts to strengthen the ranks of the first team with strong deals during the current summer transfer period.
A source at Al Ahly Club confirmed in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura that Al Ahly Club has succeeded in completing the agreement with Petrojet to finalize the deal to sign Tawfiq Mohamed, the team's player.
The source indicated in his exclusive statements that Al Ahly's management has finalized the agreement with Petrojet officials to purchase Tawfiq Mohamed's contract, the left-back, definitively during the current summer.
Al Ahly Club is seeking to strengthen the left-back position during the current summer after the Moroccan player Youssef Belamri suffered a cruciate ligament tear in the knee during his participation in the friendly match against Spanish side Badalona.
It is noted that Tawfiq Mohamed, aged 26, had transferred to Petrojet's ranks four seasons ago, coming from Ajman Academy in the Emirates, and he played 55 matches with the oil team, during which he created two goals.
Al Ahly Club had concluded five deals during the current summer transfer period, signing Ali Mahmoud and Oktay Abdullah, the Enppi duo, in addition to the Algerian Monsef Bekdar, the Moroccan Sofiane Benjdida, and Akram Tawfiq, the Qatari North player.
