Media reports spoke a short while ago about the latest developments regarding the future of Ferran Torres, Barcelona club star, and the possibility of him staying or leaving during the current summer transfer window, amid Paris Saint-Germain's interest in signing him.
It is unlikely that Ferran Torres will renew his contract with Barcelona, as the player has hinted in the past period at the possibility of his departure from the Spanish club, while Paris Saint-Germain has shown real interest in signing the player.
Trusted journalist "Fabrizio Romano" confirmed that Ferran Torres is very close to transferring to Paris Saint-Germain, as the verbal agreement between the player and the French club is very imminent.

Romano added via his official account on the "X" platform that Paris Saint-Germain submitted its first official offer to sign Ferran Torres from Barcelona, worth 50 million euros.
He explained that Paris Saint-Germain sees the opportunity to sign Torres for this amount as possible, given that only one year remains on his contract with Barcelona, while the deal is expected to reach around 70 or 80 million euros.
Barcelona wants to sell Torres for an acceptable financial amount, in order to obtain sufficient funding to sign both Rodri, Manchester City star, as well as Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez, who is considered a main target for Barca this summer.
