A source revealed that Ahmed Abdel Qader, the winger of Iraqi Al-Karma, is close to joining the ranks of Pyramids during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Abdel Qader moved to Iraqi Al-Karma in the middle of last season, coming from Al Ahly Club, before Moamen Soliman took over the technical leadership of the team, succeeding him, coming from Iraqi Police.
Details of Pyramids' negotiations with Abdel Qader
A source said in exclusive statements to "Yalla Koura": "Abdel Qader finalized his agreement with Pyramids Club over the past few days and is on the verge of joining the Sky Blues' ranks."
He added: "Abdel Qader has been on Pyramids' radar since last year, and the player agreed on all personal details with the team and is awaiting the Sky Blues' return from their camp in Turkey."
He continued: "Pyramids will return to Cairo tomorrow morning, Sunday, coming from Turkey after the end of their camp, then they will get two days of rest, and Abdel Qader will join the team's training on the third day."
Abdel Qader bids farewell to Al-Karma
The source revealed that Abdel Qader held a dinner party for Al-Karma players and the technical staff this evening at the team's camp currently held in Cairo, where he made sure to bid farewell to his teammates and thank them for the period he spent with the team.
He concluded: "Abdel Qader will leave the Iraqi Al-Karma camp in the coming few days in order to join the ranks of Pyramids."
