The Supreme Council for Media Regulation announced, headed by Engineer Khaled Abdel Aziz, its decision regarding the complaint submitted by Zamalek Club against media personality Amir Hisham, presenter of the Modern Sport program on Modern MBY channel.
Zamalek Club had submitted a complaint to the Supreme Council for Media, against media personality Amir Hisham presenter of the Modern Sport program, due to making statements said to question the financial integrity of Zamalek Club board members.
The Supreme Council for Media decided today, Tuesday, to archive the complaint submitted by Captain Hussein Labib, Chairman of Zamalek Club’s board, against media personality Amir Hisham, presenter of the “Modern Sport” program aired on “Modern MTI” channel.
He noted that the decision was issued based on the recommendation of the Complaints Committee, headed by media personality Issam Al-Amir – Deputy Chairman of the Council – following a careful review of the complaint’s content in light of the media standards and codes issued by the Council.
