Media personality Ahmed Shoubir revealed the players continuing with Al Ahly Club's first team during the new 2026-2027 season.
Shoubir said during his radio program today, Tuesday: "Ahmed Eid, Afsha, Ahmed Reda, and Al-Saei, with a probability exceeding 90%, are continuing with Al Ahly".
He added: "Mohamed Sherif, there is an intention for him to leave despite his brilliance during the preparation period, Reda Selim will leave for the Royal Army or Al Masry".
He continued: "Al Ahly reached a settlement with Mohamed El-Daoui Christo to terminate the contract, and thanks were extended to Omar Kamal Abdel Wahed".
He added: "Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan is out of Al Ahly's squad, and the president of the Qatari Al-Shamal Club announced that he has completed everything with the player and he will join the team".
He concluded by revealing Al Ahly's squad for the new season as follows:
Goalkeepers trio: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mustafa Shoubir, and Hamza Alaa.
Defense line: Yasser Ibrahim, Yassin Marei, Omar El-Gazzar, Hadi Riyad, Mohamed Hany, Karim Fouad, Youssef Belamri, Karim El-Debis, and Ahmed Eid.
In midfield: Emam Ashour, Ahmed Reda, Marwan Attia, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Afsha, Ahmed Khaled Kabaka, and Ali Mahmoud.
In attack: Ashraf Ben Sharqi, Hussein El-Shahat, Taher Mohamed Taher, Mounsef Beqdar, Sofiane Ben Jedidia, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, Oktay Abdullah, Mohamed Abdullah, Mohamed Raafat, and Omar Sayed Moawad.
