The first football team of Zamalek Club conducted its training this Monday evening, at the club's stadium in the New Capital, as part of the closed camp the team is holding in preparation for the start of the new season.
Zamalek is preparing in the upcoming season to participate in several local and African competitions, as the Whites will take part in the league, Egypt Cup, and Egypt Capital Cup, in addition to the local Super Cup and the CAF Champions League.

On the physical side, the technical staff focused on increasing the players' physical workload to prepare them physically in the best possible manner after returning from the rest period.
Motamed Jamal, Zamalek's technical director, also divided the players into several groups to undergo rehabilitation drills alongside a light ball session.
