A source revealed that Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane, Al Ahly club player, signed his transfer contracts to Al-Shamal of Qatar, after many negotiations that took place between the two parties.

The source confirmed in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura that the player has finalized his agreement with Al-Shamal of Qatar, and signed all the contracts, as he is scheduled to join them in the next few days.

He added: "Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane did not attend Al Ahly's training today, in preparation for his departure from the club in the next few hours".

Yalla Koura had learned earlier that Al-Shamal Qatari club entered into negotiations with Al Ahly to buy Ben Romdhane during the current summer transfer period.

Al Ahly's negotiations with Al-Shamal of Qatar regarding Ben Romdhane proceeded positively, as a source said earlier: "There are some minor disagreements but they are normal matters, and if things proceed in the same manner, the deal will be completed".

The 26-year-old player had joined Al Ahly coming from Hungarian Ferencvaros in the summer of 2025, with a contract extending until June 2029.
