A source revealed the latest developments regarding Zamalek's negotiations with Bulgarian Ludogorets to obtain the value of Hossam Abdel Majeed's departure to them during the current summer transfer window.
The source confirmed in statements to Yalla Koura that in the coming days the club will receive part of the dues for Hossam Abdel Majeed's transfer to the Bulgarian team.
He explained that there is a commitment to the contracts and specified dates from both sides regarding payment of the player's transfer value, as the financial compensation estimated at one and a half million euros will be obtained in installments according to the tripartite contracts.
Abdel Majeed bids farewell to Zamalek fans
Hossam Abdel Majeed, the former Zamalek club defender who recently transferred to the ranks of the Bulgarian Ludogorets team, had directed a farewell message to the fans of the White Castle, thanking them for their support throughout the past years.
Hossam Abdel Majeed wrote on his Instagram account: "Thank you to all Zamalek fans, from the first day I wore the Zamalek shirt, and you were the real support in every moment and in every difficult time."
He continued: "Today as I start a new step in my career, all I ask of you is your support and prayers, just as you have always been with me."
The former Zamalek player concluded: "Thank you for all the love.. and may God grant us all success in what is to come."
