FIFA revealed an increase in the number of cases registered against Zamalek Club via its official website, according to the latest update, after imposing a new suspension penalty.
Zamalek officials are seeking to obtain the African license and settle the participation file for the next edition of the African Champions League.
According to the "FIFA" website, the number of cases registered against Zamalek has reached 6, including a new case whose cause has not been disclosed.
Hisham Nasr, vice president of Zamalek Club, announced that the board of directors had successfully resolved all cases related to the African license file with FIFA after completing payment of the dues required to meet licensing conditions.
He confirmed that a committee headed by club president Hussein Labib had been formed and worked over the past period to secure and collect the necessary funds to fully close this file. We succeeded in paying the dues to Alexandria Club, along with the dues to Nday, thereby definitively closing the two cases related to the African license.
